Download the Code::Blocks 10.05 image. If you know you don't have Xcode installed, download the Developer Tools DVD from Apple.

Mount the disk image, it's a standard Apple Disk Image (.dmg). Copy the application to where you want it (e.g. /Developer/Applications).
