Pointers

When using an XRC file, do not forget to initialize the wxXMLResouce Handlers & XRC File. For example in your App::OnInit:

   // Loading XRC resource file (not in a zip file).
   wxXmlResource::Get()->InitAllHandlers();
   wxXmlResource::Get()->Load("<your XRC File name>.xrc");
