Main page redesign

The main page needs to be redesigned (hopefully) before the RC3 release. The right-side menu could be tweaked too while we're at it.

Header

• Remove the blue box
• Replace the header image with a bigger one
• Simplify description

Developers

• Rename Developer resources to Developers
• Move the Developers box above the Other resources box
• Remove Announcements for plugins/patches link

Other resources

• Move the Other resources box below the Developers box

Supported compilers

• Remove it; replace with link to features.

Right-side menu

• Remove Random page link
• Add links to basic documentation like features and installing

• Add "most wanted" pages
• Categorize those!
• Link the Wiki with each other:
  • Add a few links here
